When one needs to lose weight, the first thing which strikes the mind is that the person needs to have a balanced diet and eat very less food. The main fact that one doesn't realize is that along with a proper diet and healthy diet, one needs to also exercise and make an effort to reduce weight and both dieting and exercise go hand in hand.
The first thing a person needs to do is Plan:
1. Make a diet chart or plan by either following a doctor's advise or one can choose their own diet plan.
2. The plan at the start should be prepared in such a way that it can be followed easily and there shouldn't be any kind of deviation from the original plan.
3. The food that needs to be consumed should be written well and the plan should be strictly followed.
4. The exercises that need to be followed should not be excess at the start and they should be asy ones to not put a lot of pressure on the body and muscles.
5. The routine of exercise should be strictly followed to avoid gaining weight and imbalance.
6. If there is any emergency or health issues, the plan should be planned at another date but not cancelled.
The next thing is The Food to Eat/Necessary Exercises:
1. The person needs to buy only those food items that he or she needs to eat and other food items (if purchased) should be avoided and that needs self control.
2. Eating diet food can be tough and so it is necessary that one maintains a plan wherein he/she can eat healthy food as well as the favorite food so that it becomes a balanced diet.
3. Oily food and fast food should be strictly avoided.
4. The exercises should be noted down and followed in a timely manner.
5. One should exercise before eating and sleeping to keep the body fit and the weight needs to be checked at regular intervals.
The third and most important fact is Plan Execution:
1. Once the plan is ready and the food to be eaten and exercises that are necessary are known, one should keep a balance between both and if one cannot follow the plan strictly, it is necessary to start the plan from the beginning as breaks aren't good.
2. It's better to keep another person too in charge of the food eaten and calories consumed so that the process can be easier and not hectic.
